| 摘 要： | 国内外专家学者对铅球滑步与最后用力衔接技术的教学初期的教学手段方面的研究甚少,文章在教学实践的基础上,认为:采用二十二字口诀,对建立正确的铅球技术概念和掌握合理的滑步技术以及与最后用力的衔接技术效果较为明显。

| Abstract: | The teaching of shot-pushing sliding step and the final strength-exertion transition technique,are got less research by exerts and teachers.Based on the present situation of practical teaching and the skill application in teaching and students' employment,the paper finished the study and found out some usful teaching methods,which are usful for students mastering the sliding step skill and improveing their techniques. |
