| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料研究法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究法方法,对山西省大同市部分大学生参加课外体育活动的情况进行调查分析。研究表明:大部分同学参加课外体育活动的态度积极,目的明确,兴趣动机广泛。课外体育活动已逐步成为相当一部分学生课外生活的重要组成部分之一,多数同学对参加课外活动有着浓厚的兴趣,但是活动场地、器材、设施的不足,缺少活动伙伴,缺乏专业人士的指导,是制约同学们参加课外活动的主要原因。
