| 摘 要： | 国际乒联出台了包括增大了乒乓球的体积、重量,无遮挡发球动作,禁止使用有机胶水等的新竞赛规则。文章运用文献资料研究方法,从打法、训练、管理、器材设备、理论研究等7个方面系统地论述了如何才能适应新规则,使我国的乒乓球运动更好地创新与发展。

| Abstract: | The new competition rules issued by International Table Tennis Association include the enlarged bat,bat weight,uncovered serve,prohibiting using organic glue on bat,etc. With the method of literature,from the game skill,training,management,equipment and theory,the seven aspects,the paper systematically studies how to adapt to the new rules and help the creation and better development of Chinese table tennis game. |
