摘    要:成功体育教学中的教师角色也可以看作成功学习环境的设计者或学生学习的激励者。他具有促进学生自主学习的支架特征。文章通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法的研究方法对初中体育教师对成功体育教学中教师角色特征认知状况进行研究与分析,对于成功体育教学在初中学校的推广有着重要的意义。
