| Abstract: | Serious challenge, resulted from high speed development of electronic references and internet technology, appear in the front of libraries of University. However, serious challenge also means an excellent developmental chance if it was disposed correctly. In this paper, both collecting characters and serious challenge of university libraries were discussed. Furthermore, how to transform this challenge into developmental impetus was also studied primarily. |
