| Abstract: | The execution capability of an editor is the ability for an editor to bring the effictive combina- tion of social efficiency and economic efficiency into being. The publishing house, therefore, must create an environment in favor of outstanding execution capability, which includes a feasible strategic target, a scien- tific brand plan,a good cultural atmosphere,a correct understanding of the talented and an effective assessment criteria. |
