| Abstract: | With the deepening of education teaching and reform of interior managerial system in colleges,the management of personnel archives has become increasingly important.The management of personnel archives must be solidified,which is not only an urgent requirement from the status quo of the management of personnel archives but also the necessity of reform and development.The effective approaches to strengthen the management of personnel archives need to be researched in the new situation. |
