| 摘 要： | 高等学校美术设计专业“民居考察”课程实施存在教学目标不明确、教育与设计产业发展不平衡、教师队伍建设滞后、学生学习兴趣不高以及教学安排不合理等问题，应该从明确教学目的、丰富优化教学内容与手段、发挥学生主体作用、完善考核评价体系等方面寻求应对之策。

| Abstract: | The implementation of the courses of survey on folk house in artistic design specialty in higher learning institutions has the problems such as unclear teaching goal, unbalanced development between education and design industry, backward teacher team, students＇ weak learning interests, unreasonable teaching arrangement and so on. The countermeasures should be found in the aspects of clarifying teaching goal, enriching and optimizing teaching content and methods, bringing students＇ subjective role into full play, and perfecting examination and evaluation system and so on. |
