| 摘 要： | 当下,科学发展观为人类判定社会是否进步提供了重要理论标尺。在全球化背景下,科学发展观不仅是全球一体化发展趋势的重要标尺,而且是地球村建设的重要标尺,为构建和谐世界提供了科学理论指导。同时,科学发展观也为人类规划未来社会提供了重要理论标尺。

| Abstract: | At present,the concept of scientific development provides us an important theory rod that determines whether the human society is progress or not.In the context of globalization,the concept of scientific development is not only an important theory rod of the trend of development of global integration,but also an important theory rod of the construction of the global village,providing a scientific theoretical guidance for building a harmonious world.Meanwhile,The Scientific concept of development also provides an important theory rod that human plans the future social. |
