| 摘 要： | 市场经济是法治经济，更是信用经济。公司信用问题是关系到中国市场经济健康发展的基本问题之一。不论是资本信用还是资产信用，都是单一的标准，既有其合理性，又有其不足。目前，公司信用呈现多样化的转变趋势，它是一个多角度动态的问题，建立在多元因素之上，是一个公司综合概况的评价。所以，我国应在资本信用和资产信用的基础上，通过理论支持和制度支撑，构建多元化的公司信用体系；该信用体系应是动态、成长、涵盖行业的综合信用标准。

| Abstract: | The market economy is the economy on legal basis and on credit. The issue of the company credit is one of the basic issues touching on healthy development of China＇ s market economy. There is a sole criterion in capital credit and in real credit, which has its rationality and also the errors. At present, the issue of company credit presents the tendency of diverse transformation based on multi-dimensional factors, with dynamic multiple perspectives, and is of the comprehensive evaluation of a company. Therefore, China should construct a multiple company credit system on the basis of capital credit and in real credit with the supports of the theory and the system. This credit system should be the comprehensive credit criteria, with the features of being dynamic, growing and covering various industries. |
