| 摘 要： | 根据短距离跑的技术特点和少年基础训练的特点，在短距离跑的教学训练中应重点抓好途中跑技术的教学与训练，经实践取得了较好的训练效果。提出了一些有效提高100m途中跑技术的方法和手段，希望对100m途中跑技术的教学训练起到一定的促进作用。

| Abstract: | According to the Characteristics of technological and juvenile grouding of running, in the course of the short distance, we should do a good job of way middle - distance race teaching of technology and train especially in training in teaching that short distance run, have been made better training result by practice. This text has put forward some and improved way middle - distance race technology method and means of 100 meters effectively, hope to train and play a certain role to the teaching of the middle - distance race technology of way of 100 meters . |
