| 摘 要： | 高校中的少数民族大学生是国家宝贵的人才资源,加强和改进对少数民族大学生的思想政治教育工作,不仅关系到人才的培养,而且关系到民族的振兴和国家的长治久安,其意义十分深远。针对目前少数民族大学生思想政治工作中的一些问题,教育工作者要准确把握少数民族大学生的思想特点,通过校园文化活动,发挥少数民族传统文化在思想政治教育中的积极作用,认真解决少数民族大学生的实际困难,加强思想政治工作者的师德建设,把少数民族大学生培养成建设民族地区,发展民族地区,促进祖国边疆的巩固和民族团结的中坚力量。

| Abstract: | National minority students in the colleges are precious human resources,the ideological and political educa- tion national minority students is related to not only the training of students but also the country's long-term stability, and its significance is very far-reaching.At present,facing a few problems of ideological and political education of na- tional minority students ,educational workers should know their thoughts and resolve their practical problems much bet- ter,by combining national culture with campus culture and asmitting excellent component in national culture to cultivate the national minority students to become the core force in the nation-building,and to promote consolidation of our moth- erland and national unity. |
