| 摘 要： | 当前高职院校的学风建设存在学习习惯差、学习动力不足、学习纪律差和不良行为突出等问题。在分析造成学校学风建设诸多问题的主要原因的基础之上,提出改善高职院校学风建设举措:完善学风建设工作体系,加强学生管理,健全和完善激励机制,建设良好的教风,建立健全学风状况预警机制和观测制度,营造和形成良好的校园文化氛围。

| Abstract: | The problems such as students' poor study habits, inadequate study motivation, lack of study discipline and improper behaviors have existed in vocational colleges. By analysing the main causes of these problems, the paper has proposed :vocational colleges should perfect the study style through improving system, strengthening students administration and encouraging mechanisms. Vocational colleges should build appropriate educational style, build and prefect study style and observation mechanisms and create good campus cultural atmosphere. |
