| 摘 要： | 《向苍天呼吁》是美国非裔作家詹姆斯·鲍德温的成名大作。其重要的一个写作特点就是模糊叙事。在模糊叙事的作用下,该作品中的人物在对自身和他人的身份认知上出现了困惑。非裔人物对自身身份和文化的困惑在美国白人文化占统治地位的背景衬托下尤为凸显。

| Abstract: | Go Tell It on the Mountain is the African-American writer James Baldwin's masterpiece that made him world famous.One of its composing skills is vague narration,which employs unclear and implied narrative techniques to achieve characters' cognitive confusion.By vague narration,the characters in the novel come to bewilder about the identity of themselves and those around them.Consequently,the African Americans' identity and subculture are fragmented and racialized in the dominant white American culture. |
