| 摘 要： | 本文首次报道了豆茶决明(Cassia nomame(sieb)Kitag)的染色体数目及核型,其根尖细胞的染色体数目存在混倍现象,85％的细胞为16条染色体,13％的细胞为20条染色体,其余2％的细胞为14、18、22条染色体不等,根据李懋学等(1985)关于染色体计数的标准,豆茶决明的染色体数为2n=16,对其核型分析表明,8对染色体中,7对为中着丝粒染色体,1对为近中着丝粒染色体,染色体较为对称,核型类型为1A,核型公式为K_(2n)=2x=16=14m+2sm。

| Abstract: | Chromosome number and karyotype of Cassia nomame (Sieb) Kitag are here reported for the first time. Experiments showed its chromosome is 16 strips, taking 85%, 20 strips taking 13%, and 18 strips, 14 strips and 22 stripa taking 2%. Its karyotype is K2n = 2x= 16= 14m+2sm. The karyotype asymmetry belongs to 1A. |
