| 摘 要： | 我国职业教育的任务是“培养数以亿计的高素质劳动者和技术技能人才”。其“高素质”包括职业技术技能和职业精神品质,同时也包括良好的人文素质。人文精神的培养对于职业院校学生的职业发展具有重要意义和现实价值。职业院校学生人文素质培养的主题是“学做人”,它既有现实的针对性,又体现了当代世界教育改革发展的重要走向。人文精神培养要融合到职教改革中进行,要以终身教育的理念统筹学校培养与社会培养的关系,要按职教改革思路探索人文素质培养新途径,包括“生活即教育”——基于生活的教育、“社会即学校”——基于社会的教育、“教学做合一”——基于实践的教育。

| Abstract: | The task of vocational education in China is to"cultivate hundreds of millions of high?quality laborers and technical talents.""High quality"in this context includes professional technical skills and professional spirit qualities,as well as excellent humanistic qualities.The cultivation of humanistic spirit is of great significance and practical value to the professional development of vocational college students.The theme of cultivating students'humanistic quality in vocational colleges is"learning to be human",which not only has practical pertinence,but also reflects the important trend of education reform and development in the contemporary world.It is suggested that the cultivation of humanistic spirit should be integrated into the reform of vocational education,the relationship between school training and social training should be coordinated with the concept of lifelong education,and new ways of cultivating humanistic qualities should be explored according to the principles of vocational education reform,which include"life is education"—life?based education,"society is school"—society?based education,and"integration of teaching and doing"—practice?based education. |
