| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查的方法,对西安体育学院150名2004届篮球专项毕业生应聘状况进行了调查,内容包括招聘单 位的情况、应聘考核形式及内容、签约情况、就业期望、评价存在问题等方面,研究认为目前篮球专项本科毕业生就业 情况相对比较乐观,但是仍需要加强就业指导;招聘单位对应聘学生的要求更具复合型和时代性的特点,因此对教学训 练提出新的挑战,必须做出相应的调整和完善。应该采取有效的措施,注重学生教学训练的组织能力争理论课讲授技能 的培养,加强学生现代化综合能力的培养。以适应时代的要求,培养出更多的合乎社会需求的体育人才。

| Abstract: | Through the method of the questionnaire, to carry on to investigate which to 150 basketballs of athletics college of Xi'an particularly 2004-graduate student appointment the condition, the contents includes the circumstance of invite the unit and accepts appointment to investigate the form and contents, make a contract the circumstance and expect employment, evaluate to exist the problem etc. we think basketball currently particularly an undergraduate course graduate student employment circumstance is opposite more optimistic, but still need to strengthen the employment leading; Invite the unit to even have the compound type and ages style towards accepting appointment the student of request, so to put forward the new challenge that must do an adjustment for correspond and perfect to the teaching,. College should take up the valid measure and pay attention to the organization skill of teaching train and the teaching theories lesson of the technical ability and strengthen the student's development of the modern comprehensive ability. With the request of the ages of orientation, develop to conform to the social demanding athletics talented person morely. |
