| 摘 要： | 专项准备活动对于完成教学和训练任务起着至关重要的作用。在田径实际教学中要科学合理的安排专项准备活动,保证教学任务的顺利完成;而比赛前的专项准备活动要使运动员在比赛前达到适合比赛的生理和心理状态。
