| 摘 要： | 基于对不同偏好序和效用值进行一致化分析的基础上,采用算术平均法集结各决策者的偏好为群的偏好,得到群决策的主观权重,通过乘法算子集结主观权重和C2R模型计算的客观权重,从而建立带有偏好约束的群决策DEA模型(G-DEA),并利用该模型对我国高技术产业科技投入产出效果进行了评价,避免了有效单元过多而无法区分的情况。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of uniformity of the different preference order and effect value, the paper first aggregates the preference information provided by every decision to form group's preference information by arithmetic average, and the subjective information which reflects weight is concluded, and aggregates the subjective weight and the objective weight calculated by C2R model with multiplier, thus the new DEA model with preference restraint based on group decision theory is established. With this model, the output and input of high-tech enterprise in China are evaluated, thus it solves the problem that the appraisal units with same DEA efficiency are difficult to judge. |
