| 摘 要： | 以第42、41届体操世界锦标赛(以下简称"世锦赛"),第29届奥运会、第11届全国运动会(以下简称"全运会")单杠决赛的运动员为研究对象,通过对成套动作特征的全面分析,结果表明:运动员平均D分超过7.00分,仍有一定的提升空间,运动员之间差距逐渐缩小;随着运动员D分差距的缩小,稳定的发挥是获得良好名次的有力保障;运动员"绝对难度"的分值有小幅度上升趋势,运动员在动作组别使用上呈现出"中间大两头小"的特征;运动员难度分值提高的途径有两种:一种是依靠使用最高难度飞行动作组别提高"绝对难度"价值,一种是利用较高难度动作组别并充分依靠"连接难度"价值;运动员成套动作连接方式上呈现出多样化的特点;规则的导向使高难度飞行动作被运动员"饱和使用";随着运动员能力的提高,更高难度组别的下法会逐步出现在比赛中。

| Abstract: | The research objects include horizontal bar athletes in the final matches of the 42nd and 41st Gymnastic World Championships,the 29th Olympic Games and the 11th National Games.Through the comprehensive analysis of the complete motions,the essay concludes as follows: Players' D points are more than 7.00 points on average with some room for improvement.With the gap between athletes narrowing gradually,stable play strongly gurantees a good rank.Athletes scores for absolute difficulty show a modest upward trend... |
