| 摘 要： | 成人教育是普通教育的完善和补充,成人体育教育也是成人教育的重要组成部分。针对目前成人体育不被重视和开展效果不理想的现状,根据成人教育的特点,提出加强成人体育教育要确立其法律地位、遵循其特点属性、加强人文素质教育、加强基础建设和以人为本的教育理念等策略。树立正确的成人体育教育理念,是全面提高成人体育教育效果的关键。
