转型期优秀体育教师形象衡定体系的构建

摘    要:体育教师形象的认同程度依次为"能力"、"师德"、"示范"、"学识"和"体魄";年级和性别在"能力"与"师德"因素上主效应显著,而交互作用不显著;学历在"能力"因素上主效应显著,其他因素主效应和交互作用不存在差异显著,在"能力"因素上,男生的分数显著高于女生,低年级学生的分数显著高于高年级学生,本科学生的分数显著高于专科学生;在"师德"因素上,女生的分数显著高于男生,高年级学生的分数显著高于低年级学生,其他因素上则不存在显著差异。

Abstract:P.E.teachers are evaluated and recognized from perspective of ability,morality,modelling,knowledge and phsique.As for grade and gender,ability and morality show significant main effects while interaction does not.As for education,ability shows a main effect while other factors and interactions show no significant difference.As for capacity,the boy's score is significantly higher than the girl's,low-grade student's higher than high-grade student's,undergraduate student's higher than faculty student's.As for ...
