| 摘 要： | 村民自治是在广大农村推行自我管理自我服务的一种治理模式，村民委员会是基层群众性自治组织。是实行村民自治的主要政治载体。我国村民自治的产生和推广有其历史必然性，但这一治理模式在现实中也出现诸如村支两委关系矛盾、农民民主法律意识不高、村委会成员素质不高等诸多问题。因此，仍然需要从法律体系上完善村民自治的相关内容，从农民主体的素质提升上寻找解决问题的突破口，需要国家、社会、广大村民和各界人士的关注与努力，使村民自治的治理模式形成善治结构并取得良好的治理效果，从而促进我国和谐社会的建设。
