教师专业教学机构设置体制的比较与选择

摘    要:高校专业教学机构设置体制是高校各专业教学组织的架构样式,对专业的培养目标、培养模式及学生的学程具有直接的制约作用。目前相对地主要有两种各有特点的教师专业教学机构设置体制,即学科中心的教学机构设置体制和教职中心的教学机构设置体制。根据教师专业化的需要,后者更应是我们的选择。

Abstract:The setting system of teaching-institution is the frame style that various specialties arrange teaching.The specialty teaching target,teaching mode and students'learning course are restricted directly by it.There are two main systems of teacher specialty teaching-institution all over the world: the subject-center system and the profession-center system.Although each system has its own characteristics,we'd better choose the latter one in order to improve teacher professionalization in China.
