| 摘 要： | 根据教育技术1994年的新定义，结合教育部1908年通过的《高等教育法》中对普通高校本科层次高等教育的学业标准作出的要求，联系当今社会发展及对人才需求的趋势，本人认为教育技术学专业本科培养目标需要重新确立，培养方案需要进行调整。本文正是在此基础上，通过对以往该专业本科培养方案作了一定的调查分析，构建了教育技术学专业本科培养新方案。该方案主要对课程设置、教学安排、教学实践、学分数及比例作了调整及论述。
