| 摘 要： | 中亚地区地缘战略位置特殊,安全形势一直比较复杂.未来该地区面临的安全热点包括吉尔吉斯斯坦的政治动荡、极端势力和跨国犯罪问题、中亚国家间的资源纠纷、费尔干纳地区的边界争端、错综复杂的大国竞争等.尽管一些安全威胁具有地区性,但具体到中亚五国,每个国家安全上面临的风险各不相同,其应对危机的能力也有明显的差异.在中亚出现地区性动荡的可能性不大,但一些领域的安全危机将是持续的、长期的.中亚国家不会改变对中国以睦邻友好为基调的政策,中国的影响会进一步增大,与此同时,面临的挑战也会逐步增多.
