| 摘 要： | 哈萨克斯坦按地区有几种分类方式.按照传统的方法分,国家被分为小玉兹、中玉兹和大玉兹三个历史区域.直至今日,哈萨克人依然保留其玉兹属性的历史记忆.另一种分类方法是以地理和经济为根据的苏联式的分类方法,划分为西部、北部、中部、东部和南部五个区域.这种分类在几个州的名称上沿用至今.目前,所有地区的族群和人口状况正发生迅速地变化,然而,区域因素不仅没有失去意义,还继续影响着哈萨克斯坦的经济、国内政治和国际地位.哈萨克斯坦的未来将取决于中央和地方在经济、民族、社会和政治间的利益平衡,也就是说,它仍将面临着多层面国内政治的挑战,这些挑战有可能激化哈萨克斯坦民族国家问题.
