| 摘 要： | 在未来的五到十年内,高职院校必将面临更为激烈的生存竞争,如何从现在开始就打造高职学院的核心竞争力,使学院在将来的竞争中立于不败之地是本文立意的初衷,文章以如何提高就业工作的质量、增强学院核心竞争力为视角,从就业工作的制度建设,创新就业指导的内容和提高就业质量的具体做法这三个方面进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In the next five or ten years'time,higher vocational and technical colleges will be confronted with much more severe competition.How to survive in the fierce competition and how to create the core competitive power of Three Gorges College from now on is the main concern of the article.The article tries to explain how to improve the students'employment quality and strengthen the college's core competitive power through the following three aspects: the establishment of the employment system,the content of innovative vacation guidance and the specific approaches to improve employment quality. |
