| 摘 要： | 特色型大学的发展是服务国家和行业发展的需求，经历艰苦创业到遭逢挫折、更名饰掩到重塑自信，又进入了一个新的发展阶段。在新时期，特色型大学的重要使命是为创新型国家建设贡献力量，而筹划发展需要新的视野和新的战略，要争取外部支持和营造良好外部环境，要打造内涵特色和提升核心竞争力。只有敢于重树旗帜，不盲目攀比综合，重视内涵发展，继承并发展传统优势，打造相对优势，才能办出特色，走出新路。
