摘    要:国防生基地化训练阶段是军事人才培养与岗位任职“无缝对接”的关键环节.但是其间政治教育的考核始终未能取得实质性的突破。借鉴布鲁姆教学目标分类理论的领域划分和层次解读.可以对其进行分层考核和形成性考核改革,提高教育考核实效。

Abstract:The national defense livings a base and turns and trains a stage, is a military the talented person develop and work the key link" did not sew to answer" with post,but, investigating of in the interval political education always can not obtain material breakthrough. Draw lessons from the Bloom teaching target classification the theoretical realm divide the line and the layer read, can carry on a layering to investigate to investigate reform and raise to educate real results with formation.
