| 摘 要： | 团队凝聚力是集体性运动项目取胜的重要因素,本文从阐述体育游戏的概念及特点出发,分析体育游戏对集体性运动项目的影响及体育游戏促进集体性运动项目团队凝聚力形成的作用,分析得出体育游戏对集体性运动项目团队凝聚力的形成至关重要,并提出运用体育游戏促进集体性运动项目团队凝聚力建设的几点对策,以期为体育团队在比赛中有效地完成任务,并提供相关理论依据。

| Abstract: | The team cohesive is an important attribute for the communality sports to win,this article embarks from the elaboration of sports game＇s concept and the characteristic,analysis the influence of sports game for the communality sports and the function of the sports game for the team cohesive forms to the communality sports,by analyzing the arguments,we found the sports game had a very important function to the formation of communality sports team cohesive,finally,this paper proposed several strategies about that using sports game to construct communality sports team cohesive,at the same time,provided the theoretical basis for sports teams to effectively accomplish the goal of the game. |
