| 摘 要： | 以289家中国制造企业为研究样本，探讨高管团队认知风格对技术创新的影响。研究发现，高管团队分析型认知风格偏好工艺创新，并通过工艺创新影响企业绩效；创造型认知风格偏好产品创新，并通过产品创新影响企业绩效。研究发现为促进中国制造企业产品创新提供了战略指导，要实现从“中国制造”向“中国创造”转型，从全球产业链的低利润区向高利润区的升级，关键在高管团队认知风格的转变，在感知和处理信息能够更具灵活性和创造性，不受已有框架的束缚。最后分析了局限性和未来建议。
