| 摘 要： | 职业教育集团是由职业院校、企业等不同类型组织组成的组织联合体,其成立和持续发展需要各种条件。社会资本是促进职业教育集团建设的重要因素,这主要表现在社会资本能够促进职教集团内部相关主体的合作,社会资本能够促进职教集团内部各组织之间的知识转移,社会资本能够促进职教集团内各成员的集体学习等若干方面。

| Abstract: | The vocational education group is association consist of vocational college and enterprise,it establish and sustainable development need some condition.The paper think the social capital is important element to promote the vocational education group construction,this function manifest the social capital can promote cooperate of organization in vocational education groups,promote the knowledge shift and circulate from the organization to the other organization in vocational education groups,promote collective study of vocational education group every members. |
