| 摘 要： | 职业适宜性分析在大学生就业指导工作中扮演着重要角色。其中，了解大学生个性特征和获得职业信息是职业适宜性分析的基本特点，而寻求大学生个人与职业匹配是职业适宜性分析的关键。高等院校就业指导工作要立足于正确处理好大学生的学业、就业、职业和事业的关系，加强职业信息服务，建立职业咨询机构，促进大学生寻求个人与职业的匹配。

| Abstract: | Analysis of vocational adaptability play important role in employment guidance of undergraduates, knowing the personality and acquirement of vocational information of undergraduates are basic feasures; pursuing the matching between personality and vocation is the key. The employment guidance of higher vocational education should rightly handle the relationship of learning, employment, vocation and career of students, strength vocational information service, build vocational consultation institution, promote undergraduates to pursue the matching between individual and vocation. |
