运动对抑郁症的影响及干预研究

摘    要:抑郁症不仅是大脑功能上的失调,抑郁患者突触间隙单胺类递质与其受体功能下降,海马体积明显缩小,还伴随着认知功能的下降。抗抑郁药物靠提高突触间隙5-HT的含量或增强其受体的功能发挥抗抑郁作用。而运动主要通过 VGF、内啡肽、VEGF、BDNF、IGF-1和5-TH来发挥抗抑郁作用。本文就抑郁症发病机制、药物及运动的抗抑郁作用进行阐述。

Abstract:Depression is not only a disease of brain function disorders, but also synaptic cleft monoamine neurotransmitters and its receptors function decline. Depressed patients hippocampal volume is significantly reduced, accompanied by a decline in cognitive function. Antidepressant drugs by increasing the content of 5-HT in synaptic gap or enhance the function of its receptor play antidepressant effect. Exercise mainly through VGF, endorphins, VEGF, BDNF, IGF-1 and 5-TH play an antidepressant effect. This article reviewed the pathogenesis of depression, antidepressant effects of drugs and exercise.
