| Abstract: | The minority mostly distributes in the western border area,mainly is engaged in agriculture and stockbreeding production and other activities.It is the key factor and the essential condition of constructing the socialism harmonious new countryside to train them to be new herds with literacy,high consciousness,understanding the science and technology,management,the health life and the work thought. |
