| Abstract: | Academic power and administrative power are two indispensable aspects of the management system in the institute of higher education.The two elements are both in conflict and in integration,while the harmony of which is of great significance for the formation of academic power and the proper function of administrative power.It also plays a vital role in perfecting administrative systems in institutes of higher education. |
