| 摘 要： | 本文通过对数字图书馆和虚拟图书馆产生背景，概念等分析，研究了两者的联系与区别，指出了两者既有联系又有区别，属于两种不同的类型，并从历史发展的角度指出了两者有可能发展为一种类型，并被新的名称所取代。
