| 摘 要： | 校长培训自身所具有的成人教育特点,是其选择培训模式的主要依据。传统的校长培训模式日益远离成人教育的特点和需求,其弊端不断显露,而网络培训模式的出现为校长培训的发展带来了新的契机。只有采取有效措施,积极推进网络培训,才能提高校长培训质量。

| Abstract: | Training headmasters has some characteristics of adult education. Traditional mode of
training headmasters has been away from the characteristics and needs of adult education while the mode
of training on the net gives a turning point to training headmasters. Only by taking efficient measures
and carrying forward the training on the net, the quality of training headmasters can be improved. |
