| 摘 要： | 自高校实行交费上学制度以来，关于学生或家庭应分担多少成本成为人们讨论的强势话题。本文从考察我国高校收费的历史入手，分析了高校收费改革的理论和实践依据，并对收费标准的确定提出了建设性建议。
