| 摘 要： | 结合苏北地区建筑工程管理实际，进行工程管理专业人才创新能力培养的研究。从改革工程管理专业教学计划，构建科学合理的工程管理实验、实践教学体系，到培养学生的创新意识与能力等，逐步形成“常规教学与强化训练相结合、课内教学与课外科技活动相结合”的创新人才培养体系。

| Abstract: | Combining with the construction project management in north area of Jiangsu, this article carries on the research for innovation ability training of the Engineering management major talents. From reforming the engineering management teaching plan, contracting the scientific and logical engineering management experiment and practice teaching system, to training the students＇ innovative consciousness and ability, then we have formed an innovative talents training system of “combining routine teaching with fortified training, class teaching with extracurricular activities”. |
