| Abstract: | This paper aims to analyze Yang Xianyi＇ s translation of Bian Cheng from the perspective of adaptation theory. Through the analysis, conclusion is drawn that Yang＇ s English version is the product of his dynamic adaptation to the language structure adaptation and context adaptation, which further testifies the application of the Adaptation Theory on literary translation. |
