中超联赛职业足球俱乐部形象相关影响因素分析

摘    要:采用问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对影响足球俱乐部形象的因素进行总结和分析,结果表明,影响中超足球职业俱乐部形象的因素包括:标识形象、管理形象、教练员形象、硬件环境形象、广告宣传形象、传播媒介形象、竞赛形象、衍生产品开发形象、服务形象、裁判员形象、公共关系形象、管理人员形象;社会公众对足球俱乐部整体形象的关注度较高且评价较高。与此形成鲜明对比的是:标识形象、管理形象评价得分较高。根据木桶效应,中超足球俱乐部需要加强公共关系形象和管理人员形象的建设,以提高公众对中超俱乐部的整体评价水平,加强俱乐部的形象建设,促进俱乐部的长期发展。

Abstract:This article used the document,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,and logic analysis to examine the impact factors of football club image.The results showed that: the influence factors of football occupation club image include: logo image,management image coaches image,hardware environment image,advertising image,media competition,the development of derivative products image,service image,referee image,public relations,the management staff image.The evaluation of social public in Football Club overall image is higher,logo image and management image evaluation score were higher.According to the vat effect,the club need to enhance the public relation image and management staff image,and to rise the evaluation level,promote the club development.
