| 摘 要： | 一些学者认为我国现阶段应以按劳分配为主,以按生产要素分配为辅。本文认为按生产要素分配是自奴隶社会以来各社会阶段中普遍存在的一项基本原则。历史上先后出现的以按奴分配为主、按地分配为主、按资分配为主、按劳分配为主等具体原则,是按生产要素分配原则在不同社会阶段中的具体表现。

| Abstract: | Some experts believe that, at present stage, we should adopt mainly the policy of distribution according to work, while distributing according to production element subsidiary. The author thinks that it has been a basic principle to distribute according to production element in the different social stages since the slave society. The successive distribution according to slave, land, capital and work, etc. in the history is the true expression of distribution according to production element in different social stages. |
