| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代,企业管理组织的成功变革和创新无疑对网络教育学院组织结构的完善和优化具有重要启示.本文从广东省试点高校网络教育学院组织结构的现状分析入手,基于对企业组织结构模式的特点分析,提出了优化网络教育学院组织结构的建议.

| Abstract: | In the time of knowledge economy,the perfection and optimization of the organizational structure in a distance education university will benefit from the successful changes and creativities in an enterprise.The article analyzes the actuality of organizational structures in the three distance education pilot universities in Guangdong province.Based on the analyses of the characteristics of organizational structure model in the enterprise,the paper puts forward the advice on the optimization of organizational structure. |
