教师参与高职校本课程开发的对策研究

摘    要:高职校本课程开发,是课程研究关注的热点。教师参与课程开发决定着高职校本课程开发活动能否真正的实施,也决定了课程开发的程度和质量,需要广大教育工作者课程观念的转变和课程开发能力的提高。同时,也需要学院负责人在物质、财力上给予适当的鼓励与支持。对此,提出相对应的策略。

Abstract:The development of higher vocational courses is the hotspot of the courses' study. Teachers' joining courses' development determines whether the developing activity in higher vocational colleges can be realized or not, and it also decides the degree and quality of courses' development, which requires the transition of educators' concept and the improvement of courses' developing ability. Meanwhile, it also needs the encouragement and support in the respect of material and finance given by schools' functionaries. It puts forward the corresponding strategy so as to solve this problem.
