摘    要:兰州石化公司助剂厂顺酐装置中的滑阀主要用来平衡反应释放出来的热量,控制反应器的反应温度,在实际生产中存在反应温度波动较大的问题,因此对滑阀进行了技术革新。结果表明,攻关后安装滑阀移动的限位器,并将滑阀控制的气动执行机构改为电动执行机构,反应温度的最大波动差值由攻关前的4.9℃降低为1.3℃,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The main purpose of slide valve is to balance the energy which is released from the reaction and thus control the reaction temperature, but there are some higher temperature fluctuation during the realistic production, so it' s necessary to carry out some technical improvement. The results show that the maximum fluctuation of reaction temperature is dropped from 4.9℃ to 1.3℃ through installing the snubber for slide valve and changing the pneumatic actuator into electric operator.
