| Abstract: | Most of the adult students in the Finance and Economics Department of Adult Educattion Institute have certain career experiences.They are keen and active and have higher social degrees.It is of great significance to study their learning psychology characteristics,and it is helpful to our teaching managenent.In this paper the writer tells us what the learners learning psychology characteristics are,and ideas of how to teach the adult students of finance and economics major in an original way. |
