| 摘 要： | 分析当前我国社区体育在组织管理服务、场地设施服务、健身指导服务和信息宣传服务4个方面存在的问题,提出了构建包括3大系统10个子体系的社区体育服务体系的应对策略,在理论上阐述了该体系的组织结构和运行网络,并从法律保障、人才培养、设施建设和监督评价4个方面提出完善该体系的建议。

| Abstract: | Analyzing the present problems which lie in the four aspects of community sports serooce including the organization and management services,facilities services,fitness guidance services and information propaganda services. Propose to build up community sports service system which consists of 3 systems and 10 sub-systems. Elaborate the structure and put forward directory proposals aiming to improve the system. |
