| 摘 要： | 为唤起人们对福建非物质文化遗产畲族武术的法律保护意识，通过追溯福建畲族武术发展源流及保存现状，运用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法，剖析福建省非物质文化遗产在法律保护上存在问题的原因，积极探寻完善其法律保护不足的对策。即完善各位阶的法律规范，地方出台非物质文化遗产保护条例，建立传承人层级管理制度等。
